The Art of Healing

There is no magic formula, but you need to
respect it.  Give it time to work its power.
Take all the time you need and realize
it may take a lifetime.  Go with the flow.
Don't hide your emotions.  Let them go
freely.  Release what you need to release.
Cry if you need to cry.  Scream if you need
to scream.  Don't worry about what others may
think.  I'm telling you, more people are with you
than against you.  Healing is a process.  A harmony
found within.  Sit in the center of your mind and
find yourself.  Explore or just sit comfortably for
a while.  Listen to your own heartbeat;  the sound
of your own blood pumping through your veins.
So many times, we try to rush the healing process.
Blast that thought away.  There is beauty and
strength in healing.
